As a new and emerging volunteer group, we need help in the following areas:

Webmaster: Update Website with Text and Visual Content provided by Core Team Members and the Little Neck Pedestrian Safety Group Coordinator. Monitor and adjudicate Comments postings.

Photographer: Photograph sites in the community that would benefit from Pedestrian Safety Improvements for posting on this website. Document special events on site.

Videographer/Video Editor:  Travel locally with Core Team Members and volunteer Spokespersons to take short video clips for our You Tube channel and edit as needed. Plan with core team members during pre-production for clarity and efficient use of time.

Graphic Designer: Create inspiring and captivating layout and design for postcards, flyers, mailings, and T-Shirts aligned with Brand.

Spokespersons (Multiple Roles). If you are not camera shy and are a good public speaker, this job is for you!  Make your cameo in brief scripted YouTube Video to communicate key information to our viewers who process audio-visual information easily.  Ideal for aspiring or established actors. English, Korean, Chinese (Mandarin) and Spanish speakers welcome!

Outreach:  Conduct outreach in person or through your social media to invite new members  (people, businesses, and non-profit organizations) to join the Little Neck Pedestrian Safety Group and support our mission.

Greeters: Welcome new members to our group and be available to respond to or answer questions new members may have.

Pedestrian Safety Advocates: Network with other New York Civic Groups and Pedestrian Safety Groups Statewide and Nationwide to support pedestrian safety.
